Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 working days in the UAE and 3–6 working days to other GCC countries. Exact estimates appear at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free above the threshold shown at checkout for your country. Below that, a delivery charge applies based on your location and order weight.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Use Track order in the footer with your order number and the email you used at checkout. If you have an account, you can also see every order under My orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it is ready for dispatch.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you save addresses, see your order history and keep a wishlist.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through our secure payment partners, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available, and cash on delivery in the UAE.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT where applicable. Your order summary shows the VAT amount.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown in other GCC currencies are approximate conversions.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number. See our Return and Refund Policy for the returns window and items that cannot be returned.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Card refunds can take a few working days to appear on your statement.
